CRAB SALSA
Follow this extremely simple recipe for a fun way to spice up an ordinary family taco night!
Peppers
Ingredients:
2-4 chicken breasts
1 jar of Peppers Blue Crab Salsa
1/2 cup of Mexican Blend cheese
Premium grade sour cream
Corn tortillas
Turn crock pot on high. Add chicken breasts, then pour entire jar of Blue Crab Salsa over the top. Spread evenly to surround and slightly cover the chicken.
Leave crock pot to cook for several hours. Check periodically by pulling apart at chicken with a fork, and stirring salsa. When it begins to fall apart, spread shredded cheese over top. Unplug crock pot and let everything sit until the chicken pulls apart completely.
Stir contents of crock pot, and add to tortilla with a dollop of sour cream for a tasty alternate use of this incredible crab salsa.
